Jim Fograscher                

 

Jim offers over twenty years of experience as an accomplished facilitator, trainer, speaker, author, consultant, coach, project manager, and leader.  He specializes in facilitating process improvement, project teams, customer and supply chain focus groups, goal setting, and strategic planning sessions.

He works effectively with groups at all levels of a wide variety of organizations and industries. Jim has facilitated, trained, and/or consulted with notable companies including American Electric Power, Avery Dennison, Bobcat, Century 21 Real Estate, City of Columbus, Chrysler-Jeep, Columbia Gas, Goodyear, Hocking Valley Community Hospital, Kaiser Aluminum, Nationwide Insurance, Pepsi, PPG, Sandvik, State of Ohio, Whirlpool, Zion Lutheran Church.

As a speaker, Jim presents at national and local conferences, trade association workshops, society meetings, educational summits, commerce meetings, and leadership retreats. He brings an energetic, inspiring, entertaining, and practical view of topics that inspire others to achieve more.  His favorite topics include bringing the best out in people, leading change, and personal effectiveness.

As a consultant, his curiosity and innovative nature has lead to the development of creative tools to assess and improve team effectiveness, organizational trust, meeting efficiency, organizational culture, personal growth, organizational performance, and strategy execution.

Jim has a bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.

Tracy Lindic has over ten years experience facilitating highly effective meetings, long-term projects, conferences, work groups, and executive strategy sessions. She works fluently among leadership teams, boards, managers, technicians, and front-line workers for both private and public sectors.

Tracy has a lively and energetic style. She effectively blends creativity with interactivity and learning to make meetings both fun and productive. Using tools for problem solving, decision making, consensus and team building she leads her groups to highly productive outcomes.

As an expert working with groups, Tracy co-authored a facilitator certification program that helped turn dozens of home-grown volunteers into effective facilitators.

She has specialized knowledge in training design, professional development, group decision making, consensus building, large and small group facilitation, performance management, and project management.
